She knew Jack would get his way one way or another. Somehow, things always seemed to work out in his favor. But, Elizabeth was never one to make that come easy, so she merely nodded at his words. Disregarding them even. She took a large swig of her rum, it's potent taste washing out her mouth and she scrunched her nose. She hadn't drank in years, and there were a number of reasons for that. The vile taste of the rum being one of the reasons. She didn't understand how anyone could drink this substance.
And, almost on cue, Jack was motioning for another rum. Elizabeth glanced down at her own, her stomach churning as she saw how much of it she had downed. She mentally reminded herself that she shouldn't drink much more; it wouldn't be a good idea for her to end up drunk and attempting to make it back to her home. She was so preoccupied by this, that she didn't register that Jack had stood and swayed his way over to her until he was standing there.
Elizabeth tilted her head up, her eyes scrunching together as she pursed her lips to speak. "Jack, what are you..." She trailed off as the touch of his rough fingers traced down her cheek, feeling a rush of adrenaline go through her. He leaned toward her and her eyes went wide, feeling momentarily incapable of speech. Both loving and hating this feeling. He kissed her forehead, swaying back to his seat and then just sitting there. Smiling.
Elizabeth just starred at him for a few seconds, incapable of speaking. She was dumbfounded by the situation. What had just happened? And, more importantly, why did it make her feel the way that she did? Jack obviously knew he had the upper hand in the situation. Elizabeth forced herself to smile back, taking another large swig of her rum. "I don't know what you're trying to do here, Jack," She slowly spoke, trying her hardest to appear unfazed. She smiled right back at him, hoping her smile appeared even half as sly as his own. "But I can assure you that it's not going to work. We've been down this road before."

The Captain was very content and pleased with himself seeing how he cought her to loose her breath it was his ways of charming a lady and Jack had a past with Elizabeth that could not be denied and what he rememered it was tossing and turning twirling wrapping their bodies around one another Jack smiled at Lizzie and took a gulper of his rum before he spoke. "Oh Come Now Lizzie, ye know me love i am a pirate, i do what i like sweetheart and you know ye enjoyed it my memory remembers much so love, and what i am doing is showing you what is to come you can tell yerself whatever you think but i know women and their weaknesses and you want it love.
He chuckled huskily, Jack Sparrow had always been a scoundrel and he was getting to old to change that now he eyed the lassi before him and was not sure what she would do or say but she had to honor the call and go with him but if she prefered to sail on her own terms well it was up to her then he wasn't going to force her and he knew ways to bring her onboard temptations that was it he would think of something.

Elizabeth hated the way that she was so easy to read right now. Jack was one of the few people in the world that really could read her so easily. Perhaps it was because they were so alike, or maybe it was because they were so different. But, Elizabeth hated it regardless. He could tell that he made her weak. And she knew that in the end she would probably give him his way.
She quickly finished off the bottle of rum that she had, reaching for a second bottle that the waitress had recently sat down. It was potent, but she needed something to calm her emotions. After starting on the second bottle, she finally found her words again. "... I can assure you that I'm not going to come that easy. I'm not like all those other women, Jack. Besides, it seems foolish to start up a pirate crew in a time as dangerous as this..." The words came slowed, not quite slurred, but she had to think a lot more about them.
Trailing off, Elizabeth decided that it was pointless. Jack had made up his mind, and he was just as stubborn as she. Two stubborn souls didn't make for a good ending. So, deciding this, Elizabeth stood rather shakily. "My mind is made up, Jack... I should really be going." She took one more sip of her drink, leaning on the table now. "I need to make William's dinner. You can join us. Or, you can go."

The Captain listened to Elizabeth words and he was surprised on her restraint to him she wasnt going to give in or let go and come with him to Shipwreck and then on a voyage to find a lost city somewhere in the north atlantic. "Lizzie dear i pass that love, you know where to find me aye like i said, i be here for two days so you stop by me ship within two days i will give ye a station of second mate with Master Gibbs as me first mate ye talk to him when ye come aye or ye come straight to me love i will be looking over some navigation maps at me chartroom savvy Jack stood up and grabbed her hand and kissed it, before he swayed his drunkiard stance out of the tavern.
(Next thread should be onboard the Pearl if Lizzie desides to join Jack's crew)
